DeGeneres responded, saying the love between her and fiance Portia de Rossi is no different than love between a man and a woman...and she invited McCain to walk her down the aisle. In the end, the Republican presidential hopeful wished DeGeneres the best.

Wesley Snipes is a free man for now. A federal judge is sending the actor's tax fraud case to a higher court for review. Snipes was due to start serving his three-year prison sentence by June 3rd, but the bond he was granted will keep him out from behind bars until the appeal is resolved.
